Ways to Press Your Body’s Reset?

This new year has to get better than last year, right?  We are coming back into society and starting to live again, but are there some health habits that led to some untoward body consequences?  Did you move less, eat more, sleep terribly, socially isolate, or ignore any symptoms you were having?  Or, God forbid, have you succumb to some fatigue, brain fog, or lower stamina from battling illness during this pandemic?
